Wednesday, February 16, 2005 | 4:30PM–5:15PM | Austin South - 2nd Floor
Session Type: Professional Development
In today's business world, an "intelligent" organization is one that collects data on its products and services, creates dynamic reporting systems to allow immediate and transparent access to the data, and uses those reports to enhance decision making. This presentation will offer basic principles and practices of organizational intelligence and provide examples from our effort to create an integrated organizational intelligence system for the ITS User Services division of the University of Texas.
