Putting the Teacher Back in the Classroom—Online

When faculty and technology support services collaborated, options were added to UMKC's dental hygiene distance-education courses that gave students access to their professors in a real-time, highly interactive online classroom. This learning model resulted in increased retention, enrollment, and administrative support.
