Information in cyberspace represents a hands-on approach to teaching technology and information literacy skills, providing up-to-the-minute instruction to undergraduates. Moving the course online and expanding class sizes has required the development of a scalable system of multilevel student support involving the cooperation of a team of instructors and teaching assistants.
