Over the past three years Western New Mexico University has implemented an IP-based videoconferencing network and expanded educational offerings to four regional high schools for the purpose of concurrent enrollment. This presentation will address the benefits and pitfalls that come with the expansion of IP-based videoconferencing services and will center on the nature of collaboration between institutions attempting to mutually benefit from these kinds of projects.
