uPortal has quickly grown into one of the leading enterprise portals in the higher education community. This presentation explores the open source uPortal framework, followed by a discussion of how Unicon has helped various institutions create a comprehensive online environment by integrating the uPortal-based Academus application with course management, student information, and self-service systems systems, as well as e-mail and library services.
