Chumash Indian Video Stories: A Collaborative Student Project

This collaborative project conducted at California Lutheran University was funded by a grant from the California Council for the Humanities. History students conducted oral interviews with 10 Chumash Indians, while videography students videoed each session. Graphic arts students designed posters to disseminate project information. The resulting digital videos elucidate one facet of contemporary California.
