In September of 2003, the University of Arizona launched an effort to evaluate and plan for the future of the institution's voice and data network infrastructure. We hired WTC, Inc. to assist us with the planning process. We will cover our resulting network master plan, motivating factors, options for funding models, and the planning process we used.
