Community Networks: Different Perspectives

There is a growing trend for college and university campuses to participate in community or municipal networks; however, these projects are raising serious policy questions at the local, state, and national levels. This session will feature two panel discussions. The first panel will compare and contrast viewpoints from the higher education perspective; the second will present industry, public utility, and government perspectives.
