Goal: Review the principles that encourage deeper learning and use them as a tool to analyze and identify promising teaching and learning practices.
Questions to ask:
- What learner-centered principles are especially important and should guide us in looking for new practices in teaching and learning?
- Which roles for faculty and students are particularly important for practices based on the LCP?
- What institutional factors might assist or hinder the adoption of new learning practices?
