Important legal, policy, and ethical issues are associated with the delivery of online courses. Many of the situations that arise in online environments are already well covered by existing institutional policies and procedures; in other cases, technology introduces unique circumstances or challenges. This session will provide an overview of key issues, approaches, and resources.
