In 2004, NCSU's institutional plan for learning in a technology-rich environment focused on the design and improvement of learning spaces. Issues included the improvement of student learning, institutional communication, design standards, faculty support, and assessment. Following NCSU's model, participants will create a plan for a collaborative approach to designing technology-equipped learning spaces at their institutions.
