The afternoon discussion session will explore steps institutions and IT organizations can take—or are taking—to become more attuned to the needs and behaviors of today’s technology-savvy students. How can we better understand them as “digital natives,” when many of us are “digital immigrants”? What should we do to respond to Net Gen students’ expectations, needs, and sometimes unexpected behaviors?
