Overview

In this stage, we will look at extending the language of "who a person is" through facilities that let users (departments, projects, individuals) define populations of people through "membership" in groups-data that is shared throughout the infrastructure to enhance services or make authorization decisions. It offers a model of control that consists of centrally operated/supported facilities that enable distributed management of this information.
