A Successful Implementation of an Institutional Repository at the University of Delaware

The University of Delaware Library implemented an Institutional Repository of research by University of Delaware faculty and staff in digital form, including reports, working papers, conference papers and images. This presentation will describe the elements involved in the planning, promotion and widespread adoption of this successful new service at the University of Delaware
