All the Moving Parts: Designing a Merged Library/IT Organization

In 2004, Dickinson College decided to merge its library and IT departments. This session discusses the events leading up to the merger, the service and organizational models used, and how the new organization aligned itself with the college's strategic planning, campus governance, budget, and personnel processes.
