An Evolving E-Commerce Solution

In 1998, the University of Delaware launched UDMart, a homegrown e-commerce solution that includes traditional Web shopping functionality involving external and internal suppliers and a procurement card. In 2005, working with Office Max, UDMart was upgraded to use standard cXML messaging for order placement and nonstandard cXML messaging for inventory and pricing inquiries.
