Planning at Montgomery College and specifically within the Office of Information Technology (OIT) has become more important due to increased demand for services, flat budgets, and accreditation requirements. The Libraries, part of OIT, partnered with the IT Strategic Group to develop a Library Strategic Plan. Hear about the process used and the outcomes of the partnership.
