Distributed Systems Services, Inc. - Using Business Partners for Smoother Sailing

Swarthmore College leveraged the people and technology of an IT infrastructure services organization to enhance their service delivery model while focusing more of their internal efforts on strategic IT initiatives. The results are both increased service capabilities and greater emphasis on IT topics critical for their institutional success.
