Online discussions have the potential to significantly enhance learning, but there are few proven strategies for helping faculty implement them successfully. This session, offered jointly by the University of Delaware and the University of Pittsburgh, will provide a faculty development workshop and evidence of what is effective in facilitating critical thinking in asynchronous discussions.
