Collaborating to Streamline the University Web Presence

Building a consistent Web presence and maintaining information accuracy and timeliness across the university requires not only effective Web management tools but also collaboration among every unit on campus. This presentation introduces various technological and collaboration strategies used by DePaul University and Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, including the deployment of portal and content management system and the establishment of university governance board and Web teams.
