Hire 100 Students in Four Hours: The Notre Dame Job Fair

The University of Notre Dame conducts a one-day job fair each spring to hire student employees for the following August. Over a four-hour period, student applicants are interviewed and their technical skills are assessed, compressing into one day a process that used to take weeks.
