How to Implement an Enterprise Portal at a Small Campus

UW Superior went fully live with its enterprise portal in the summer of 2005. This presentation will include a discussion of the planning process that enabled us to successfully implement the portal as well as its main elements ("carrots") that made it a hit with students, faculty, and staff.
