Columbia College Chicago's technology infrastructure has become the lifeblood of the institution. CCC's constituents rely on the 24 x 7 availability of Web portal, e-mail, and administrative systems. This presentation will discuss the importance of these systems to the college community and how the college ensures their perpetual availability.
