Canada and Japan are consistently ranked among the top countries of the world in broadband adoption. What we can learn from them about issues like municipal networks, public-private partnerships, telecommunications regulation, common carriage, and net neutrality? Dr. Geist and Takashi Ebihara will compare and contrast these issues with those in their own countries and give an "outsiders" view of the telecommunications debate within the United States.
