Paperless Enrollment Services

This presentation will review Georgia Southern University's successes in going paperless in many of our enrollment services. We will discuss the technology used (document imaging, Web self-service, workflow and automated data uploads) and how they've benefited these departments. Lessons learned and future plans for implementation will be discussed.
