Information Technology Infrastructure: A Framework for Enterprise Solution Success

Business is increasingly dependent on sophisticated IT infrastructures and enterprise-wide software solutions. Demands on services are more difficult to meet. NHMCCD has adopted the Information Technology Infrastructure Library to assist in meeting those needs more effectively. This presentation will discuss our implementation path and our evaluation of the process.
