The California Educational Technology Collaborative moved from a matrix to determine the services offered by various California Community College system-wide projects to a formal collaboration whose goals are to maximize the effectiveness of technology in education, share resources, reduce duplication of services, and increase funding opportunities. From confusion, came clarity.
