Does your Web site effectively communicate with constituents about technology? An analysis of 15 IT home pages will be summarized to show to what degree they follow usability guidelines and meet constituent needs. You will leave with a tool to judge your institution's Web site and ideas for cultivating constituent engagement through the Web.
