PLEASE NOTE: Separate registration and fee is required to attend this seminar.

Monday, April 24, 2006 | 9:30PM–9:30PM
Session Type: Resources
Middle managers, by definition, function between line staff and the broader leadership function of the organization. They are required to develop their own staff but also build their own skills in order to effectively interact with the broader organization. How do you plan for your own career growth? How can you structure mentoring within a group of employees? This preconference seminar will provide middle managers with specific information on: 1) the role mentoring can play in development of their staff, 2) skills needed to be a good mentor, and 3) how to find mentoring resources for themselves.
