Strategic Investment in Teaching and Learning

This parallel session will address the need to balance academic priorities and strategic investment in faculty development, the integration of learning technologies, and curricular change. Given limited resources, how does the institution evaluate and select teaching and learning investment choices, such as e-portfolios and learning management systems (commercial or open source)? This session will engage participants in thinking about strategic choices that address the needs of 21st-century learners.
