Table Exercise #2: Developing the Solution

Groups will develop a plan to address their issue with a focus on strategies and techniques that have been used in the past and their applicability for the current set of budgetary challenges. New ideas and strategies to apply going forward should be featured as well. Each group will prepare a report to be presented to the full seminar on Sunday morning.
