The University of Maryland, Baltimore, has recently implemented a new voice mail system that has enabled the delivery of unified messaging to faculty and staff. A phased implementation of this technology has occurred. Lesson learned, staff involved, and technology issues associated with this implementation will be shared. Next steps and future options will also be discussed.
