Planning and Creating an IT Infrastructure: One Branch Campus's Experience from the Middle East

This presentation will involve a summary of shared experiences by a first-time CIO deployed to a branch campus of Virginia Commonwealth University in Doha, Qatar. An overview of challenges, obstacles, and interesting experiences will be provided in hopes that participants can learn from them.
