Driven by the increasing need for timelier and more sophisticated information from numerous stakeholders, including its board of trustees and executive team, Dickinson College undertook an aggressive approach to transform its institutional systems and processes in 18 months. The 1College Project engaged stakeholders from all departments within the institution to successfully implement a campus-wide administrative system and integrate numerous administrative functions and processes across the institution.
