Winning the Paper War: Tales from a Document Imaging Implementation

In 2004, the Dickinson College Office of Admissions decided to implement a document imaging system to improve the operations of the applicant review process. The current solution provides staff with real-time access to applicant information. We will explore the phases of the implementation, examine the current solution, and discuss lessons learned.
