Georgia Tech, Wake Forest, and North Carolina Central University will share experiences in implementing agile development methodologies using Scrum. We will include how we created a collaborative forum among our institutions with Notre Dame, Cornell, and the University of Richmond that we call "ScrumU" to share ideas and challenges while celebrating successes in implementing a new software development methodology.
