Migrating Emory University and Emory Healthcare to Microsoft Exchange 2007

Emory University and Emory Healthcare decided to reduce costs and move toward a single e-mail and calendaring system: Exchange 2007. To accomplish this migration, over 24,000 users were identified for the move. The migration population included university faculty and staff as well as Emory Healthcare professionals. The presentation will review the overall process of setting up the Microsoft Exchange 2007 environment, the process for account migration, and the project management process, as well as show how these processes worked together to bring the project to a successful conclusion.
