Tackling Change Management Quickly and Economically

Tuesday, June 02, 2009 | 9:30AM–10:15AM | International F/G (6th floor)
Session Type: Professional Development
Lynn University, a small private institution, has implemented a change management process, quickly (in less than six months) and economically (only human resources). The biggest hurdle—getting IT staff buy-in—was addressed by allowing IT members to create the process, policy, and governance structure. The formal process was launched on October 1, 2008. The presentation will share how we built the methodology, how we implemented the process, and the lessons we've learned since implementation.
