The Relationship Management and Project Services Office at California State University, East Bay, is responsible for supporting the ITS-client partnership, serving as the client contact and advocate to foster the delivery of high-quality IT services and support that maximize client satisfaction. This session will focus on how and why CSUEB chose to create a relationship management office to enhance the success of its new "locally directed, centrally coordinated" IT services business model. Attendees will leave with an understanding of the necessary steps and critical success factors for implementing relationship management at their own institutions.
