Wayne State University has launched and mostly implemented a new "utility IT consolidation" strategy across campus, with the goals of creating consistency in technology experiences for campus constituents, creating greater efficiencies in the overall campus IT "spend," and reducing risk. Session participants will learn about the strategy and the results, as well as how they might be applied at their campuses.
