The greatest impact an IT organization can have on behalf of its customers is to be "the best" at the services it provides. Becoming the best involves using a comprehensive model that recognizes a clear process that achieves organizational greatness. This presentation will address how our organization was able to define a model that builds organizational maturity through defined frameworks. The end result is a mature organization with a clear plan and process to be "the best" for its customers.
