University 2.0: Online Collaboration Tool for Document Sharing on Campus

Providing accurate and up-to-date technology documentation and resources to support a technology-rich environment can be a daunting challenge, especially when support is provided by multiple technology units. As a solution, Elon University turned to wiki technology to provide users 24 x 7 access to technology documentation, resources, and updates. In addition, implementing wiki technology has provided an opportunity for our faculty and student organizations to collaborate in a virtual environment for academic course work and engaged learning.
