Developing an Effective Project Prioritization Process

Faced with an increasing number of project requests and limited resources to implement them, the Student Enterprise Systems group recognized a need to formalize the project request process. The result was an online project submission form, a method for scoring the projects, and a well-documented and understood process for selecting which ones will be worked on. This presentation will both discuss how we developed the process and demonstrate the custom-built system to manage the project requests. Input from session participants will be encouraged.
