L2 - A Model Program for Professional Development on Campus

The L2 program is a new, 12-month professional development cohort program for emerging leaders in Xavier University's Information Resources division. L2 is designed to help identify and develop the next generation of leaders and to help all members achieve their highest potential. The program will help participants become more aware of their personal strengths; explore professional paths, including leadership positions; develop strategic workforce capabilities; and enhance performance. This session will detail the program's background, content, and desired outcomes.
