Most organizations don't allow project managers the luxury of choosing team members. In fact, some of our best technologists are not team players. How can we deliver a usable product on time and within budget if our team members only speak through e-mail (and sit just feet apart)? We must build a high-performing team. This interactive presentation will offer real-world examples of how team performance was the key to our IT project success. Attendees will participate in a collaborative exercise and share their own successes and challenges in building high-performing teams.
