The University of North Carolina at Charlotte has implemented an identity management infrastructure. In this session, UNCC's identity management coordinator will share UNCC's system priorities, business drivers, and processes for its identity management initiative. Additionally, a representative from AegisUSA will present the challenges faced by higher education institutions when addressing identity management, along with best practices when embarking on an identity management project. AegisUSA, considered the experts in identity and access management for higher education, has provided IAM solutions to over 70 higher education clients nationwide.
