Virtual Worlds Constituent Group

Wednesday, June 01, 2011 | 12:45PM–1:45PM | Grand Ballroom Salons G & H
Session Type: Professional Development
Many instructors and institutions have embraced the idea of using virtual environments as a teaching tool and learning platform. Now that we are past the initial hype, a deeper conversation can take place about the growing variety of platforms and challenges in working with this new technology. This session is open to all conference attendees on-site in Charlotte and will take place simultaneously in Second Life for those not at the conference. For more information about the constituent group, visit http://www.educause.edu/groups/vw/, where you can also sign up for the mailing list.
