A matrix organization—whether it's a single department or an entire company—that has never used project management methods can be resistant to accept project management. Introducing project management is not about knowing what needs to be done, but rather what needs to be done first. This session will address how to select vocabulary, documents, and processes to introduce in the early phases of a start-up PMO.
