Audio and video podcasting is a powerful but challenging service to deploy in a manner that is elegant and easy to use for both instructors and students. The University of Oklahoma found that a well-planned deployment of iTunes U that included robust design and a comprehensive service delivery model could be done in a manner that was supportable and affordable and ultimately successful.
