Session Type: Professional Development, WSWRC11
ARTstor is collaborating with eight partner colleges and universities and the Society of Architectural Historians to develop an innovative cloud-based enterprise-level image management platform in response to the need for greater sharing and interoperability of content and technology within higher education. Attendees will participate in interactive demonstrations of the platform and its four main components (cataloging, asset management, controlled vocabulary warehouse, and publishing). The speaker will also present ARTstor's ongoing collaborative development process, including the results of the first round of usability testing by our partner institutions, offer specific examples of community-generated requirements, and give an update on the project status.
